Process Mining Consultant

Responsibilities
- Design and develop data model and create data pipelines to extract and transform process data from various ERP and custom applications using SQL, Python or ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica, Talend
- Perform validation checks on data and identify data quality issues
- Work with process data, define KPIs and create dashboards using Process Mining tools
- Exhibit strong knowledge of the business processes and have the ability and desire to quickly learn new products via training, enablement, certifications and so forth
- Participate in client workshops to understand the business process and various IT systems/backends
- Document the solution architecture for various approvals and present the deliverables to relevant stakeholders
- Managing end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries
- Running data identification, extraction and transformation (ETL)
- Connecting Process Mining tools to client’s IT systems
- Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards
- Analyzing and interpreting the findings
- Drawing conclusions and recommendations
- Advising on Process Mining capability development and technology strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in process improvement or technology consulting, professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, any of the Engineering disciplines or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Strong hand-on experience in Relational databases, SQL, ETL and Python and experience in any of data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of one or more process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining/Process Gold, PAFnow, ARIS)
- Knowledge on ERP systems and experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional partners across global areas and ensuring collaborative solutions to meet business requirements
- Open for travel to Middle East region.
